Walking walking....お散歩お散歩・・・

昨日から心を入れ替えて、お昼休みに軽く運動を・・・と散歩を再開しました。
I decided to go for a short walk during my lunch(.5hr) time instead of sitting in our office.


今日は近くのアマゾンパークまで行ってみました。

トレイルもあるんだけど、私はこの看板の写真をとっただけで折り返し。
I know there is a nice trail at the park, but I just took this picture of the sign and turned around.


３０分で歩いた距離はおよそ・・・３．２キロ。
Total distance that I walked today within .5hr was 2.1miles.
